Dar Al Miraaj is a traditional late 18th-century house, intimate, luxurious but yet simple. Keeping the traditional style while catering to the business travelers most sophisticated needs is at the very heart of Dar Al Miraaj philosophy. The House stands at the top of the old medina of Rabat and just 30 meters from the Avenue Laalou parking. Its strategic location offers its guests an exceptional accessibility to the 17th-century fortress of Casbah des Oudaïa, with its splendid 12th-century Almohad gateway and Andalusian garden but also very close to the beach, the coastal road and the Bouregreg river and marina.

The house has been renovated with love and dedication. Preserving the house style and historic patterns were at the very center of the renovation philosophy of Dar Al  Miraaj -  After three years of meticulous renovation scrupulously respecting the Islamic architectural codes of symmetry and harmony, the owner helped with a team of dedicated craftsmen of the medina lead by Mr. Achraf Kennoussi successfully achieved the renovation in October 2019.

The house is an oasis with a quiet courtyard with a marble central fountain. Dar Al Miraaj is richly decorated with colorful zelliges, intricate ornamental tile work, cedar wood carvings, carved plasters, hand-painted woods. Everywhere Copper lanterns and ornate shade suspension from the high ceiling, and antique furnitures are presented at every turn of the house. Each of the eleven rooms has its own distinctive character with the finest handmade furnitures and beautiful fabrics. The rooms are all equipped with IP telephones, high speed internet access and a WiFi throughout  the property.

If you are looking for a place that will be more of a retreat than a hotel, then Dar Al Miraaj is the perfect choice - A business center with a meeting room and a large multipurpose modular living room in the first floor can accommodate the most demanding professional clientele.

The meeting room can accommodate up to ten people and has an audio and video conference system. Computers with multi-function printers are available to all guests. The optic fiber is deployed throughout the dar provide high speed WiFi and internet services in a discreet and effective way.
